1. What you are buying

The purchase supplies version 1.0.0 of the 4G/5G Link Budget Field Workbook as one interactive PDF. It contains 17 pages, 52 interactive fields and eight automatic calculations. The release arithmetic passed 13 deterministic tests before publication.

The workbook supports LTE and NR link-budget review, MAPL calculation and field-evidence comparison. It is not a HiCellTek application or Analyzer licence, a vendor planning suite, a propagation model, an individual consulting service or a guaranteed root-cause result.

2. Price and payment

The price is EUR 9.99 as a one-time payment. Stripe processes payment and card data. HiCellTek does not receive or store complete card details.

3. Private delivery

Delivery begins after the HiCellTek server receives a signed, paid confirmation from Stripe. The purchase email receives a one-time link to a private customer library. The PDF is stored outside the public website and its SHA-256 value is checked before each download.

The buyer must provide a working email address and keep private access links confidential. A new sign-in link can be requested using the purchase email. A click is not treated as proof of a completed download.

4. Personal named-user licence

One named buyer may keep personal copies and reuse the workbook across investigations they are authorised to perform. Findings and completed reports may be shared with people authorised to receive those results.

The buyer may not share, resell, sublicense, publish, publicly upload or redistribute the original PDF, blank workbook pages, private access link or substantially equivalent copies. Removal of author attribution or presentation of the workbook as another person’s work is prohibited.

5. Technical requirements and responsibility

The PDF remains readable in a standards-compliant viewer. Live AcroForm calculations are supported and tested in the current desktop Adobe Acrobat Reader. Browser and mobile PDF viewers may show the fields but ignore calculation scripts.

The buyer remains responsible for the engineering assumptions, project authorisations and any case data entered into a local copy. The workbook structures evidence but does not make an unsupported cause defensible.

6. Withdrawal

A consumer purchasing at a distance normally has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw. For this product, HiCellTek does not ask the buyer to waive that right as a condition of immediate delivery. Mandatory consumer rights remain available where applicable.

To withdraw, send an unambiguous statement to contact@hicelltek.com before the applicable deadline. A consumer who withdraws after receiving the PDF must stop using it and must not make it available to third parties. Refunds and conformity requests are handled under applicable law. These terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule.

7. Conformity and support

If the delivered PDF is corrupt, incomplete, inaccessible or not the product described, contact contact@hicelltek.com with the order reference. HiCellTek will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

8. Personal data

Purchase and access data is processed as described in the purchase privacy notice. No radio trace, HLOG or customer network evidence is requested by this purchase flow.

9. Complaints and consumer mediation

A complaint must first be sent in writing to contact@hicelltek.com. If it is not resolved, an eligible consumer may use consumer mediation free of charge, within the applicable conditions and time limit, through Société Médiation Professionnelle (SMP).

10. Applicable law

French law applies without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in the buyer’s country of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in writing before mediation or court proceedings.
