Only the data needed to deliver and protect the purchase.

1. Controller and contact

HiCellTek is the individual business operated by Takwa Sebai, registered at 107 avenue de la Division Leclerc, 92160 Antony, France. Privacy requests may be sent to privacy@hicelltek.com.

2. Data used

• purchase email, name and payment status returned by Stripe;
• product, amount, currency, order and Stripe session references;
• terms version and optional marketing choice when the site checkout is used;
• hashed request identifiers used for abuse prevention;
• one-time access tokens, entitlement status and download start/completion events.

Complete card details remain with Stripe. The commerce service does not request radio traces, HLOG files, customer configurations or investigation data.

3. Purposes

Data is used to confirm payment, deliver the purchased file, restore access, protect the private library, answer support requests, maintain transaction records and meet legal or accounting obligations.

4. Product news

Transactional delivery messages do not create marketing consent. Product news is sent only where the buyer selected the separate optional marketing choice. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Storage and recipients

Sensitive values are encrypted at rest in the private commerce service. Product files, configuration and the customer database remain outside the public document root. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy terms. Hosting and email providers process only the data needed to provide their contracted services.

6. Retention and rights

Transaction and accounting records are retained for the periods required by applicable law. Short-lived access tokens expire automatically. Depending on applicable law, a person may request access, correction, restriction, deletion or portability, and may object to certain processing. Send the request to privacy@hicelltek.com.
