Who I am
Engineer. I turn network validation into a structured, measurable and industrialized system.
Over 10 years at the crossroads of mobile networks, quality of service and technical team leadership. I run a critical OSS application subsystem at a major operator, and I founded HiCellTek, an Android radio-diagnostics app (2G to 5G SA) that I took from field need to commercial product.
My field: end-to-end 4G/5G RAN validation, hardware, software and security, on classic RAN as well as Open RAN / Cloud RAN. From multi-site campaigns and KPIs to the go/no-go, with one simple rule: evidence beats claims.
01 · VALUE PROPOSITION
Validation governance in go/no-go stage-gates, a versioned test catalog, multi-site campaigns, regression and interoperability testing (IOT). Before/after KPI baselines, waiver management and rollback plans. RF performance, stability and energy from 2G to 5G SA, on classic RAN and Open RAN, in compliance with ANFR / ARCEP obligations. Deep command of 3GPP specifications (RRC/NAS, protocol decoding) at the core of my work.
Setting priorities, quality/deadline trade-offs, conflict management and tracking of supplier defects. Running weekly steering committees, monthly executive reviews and reporting the Executive team can act on.
Equipment repositories, Cisco NSO, ZTP, access / aggregation / core modeling. Multi-vendor SON (Nokia MantaRay SON) on Nokia AirScale radio equipment. Multi-vendor configuration on Nokia SR, Huawei NE8000 / NE40, Cisco ASR9K routers and Nokia OLT. Private cloud Docker / Kubernetes / OpenShift, MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB databases, Apache.
KPI dashboards, ELK, Power BI, Tableau. Fewer manual tasks, and technical debt, test coverage, documentation, backlog and delivery quality tracked continuously.
Security validation of RAN releases: attack-surface mapping of the disaggregated gNB (RU / DU / CU), interface hardening (fronthaul eCPRI, OAM, N2/N3, IPsec), compliance with 3GPP SA3, GSMA NESAS / SCAS and O-RAN. Penetration testing programs (black / grey / white box, red team), CVE tracking and ANSSI authorization treated as a go/no-go criterion.
