Takwa Sebai × HiCellTek Return to the field edition

RAN Evidence Toolkit · Field Edition

Product terms in plain English.

Release gate: this is the final working draft, not yet an active sales contract. Checkout remains closed until the consumer mediator and EU tax treatment are confirmed.

Seller: HiCellTek, individual business operated by Takwa Sebai SIREN: 882 716 228 SIRET: 882 716 228 00060 Registered location: Antony, France Contact: contact@hicelltek.com

1. What you are buying

The purchase supplies version 1.0.0 of the RAN Evidence Toolkit, Field Edition. The private ZIP contains seven working product files plus a readme, version record and SHA-256 manifest.

It is a field documentation and reasoning toolkit. It is not a HiCellTek mobile application, Analyzer or cloud licence. It does not include a meeting, individual RCA, HLOG processing, customer trace, operator benchmark or guaranteed root cause.

2. Price and payment

The price is EUR 59 as a one-time payment. Stripe processes the payment and card data. HiCellTek does not receive or store complete card details.

The initial approved selling region is France. While HiCellTek benefits from the French VAT exemption, the invoice wording is: “TVA non applicable, article 293 B du CGI”. European sales will open only after the applicable treatment is confirmed.

3. Delivery

Delivery begins after HiCellTek receives a signed, paid confirmation from Stripe. The buyer receives a one-time email link to a private customer library. The ZIP is stored outside the public website and its SHA-256 value is checked before it is sent.

The buyer must provide a working email address and keep access links private. A new sign-in link can be requested using the purchase email. A click is not treated as proof that a file was completely downloaded.

4. Personal licence

One named buyer may reuse the toolkit across unlimited investigations they are authorised to perform. Completed findings and reports may be shared with the people authorised to receive those findings.

The buyer may not share, resell, sublicense, publicly upload or redistribute the blank toolkit, its source pages, the original ZIP or the private download link. A team requiring several named users needs a separate licence arrangement.

5. Technical requirements and evidence responsibility

The buyer needs software capable of opening ZIP, PDF and XLSX files. Interactive PDF behaviour varies by reader, so a current desktop PDF reader is recommended. The buyer remains responsible for authorised collection, storage, disclosure and security of all case data entered into local copies.

The toolkit structures evidence. It does not replace engineering judgement and does not make an unsupported cause defensible.

6. Immediate supply and withdrawal

A consumer normally has a 14-day withdrawal period. Before Stripe opens, immediate delivery requires two separate actions: an express request for supply to begin before that period ends, and an acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost once supply begins.

After those actions and the start of digital supply, no discretionary refund is offered for a change of mind. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected, including rights relating to digital-content conformity.

7. Conformity and support

If the delivered archive is corrupt, incomplete, inaccessible or not the product described, contact contact@hicelltek.com with the order reference. HiCellTek will investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

The purchase covers the stated version. It does not promise every future edition, feature or separate HiCellTek product.

8. Personal data

Purchase and access data is processed as described in the purchase privacy notice. Investigation evidence and HLOG content are not requested by this sales flow.

9. Complaints and consumer mediation

A complaint should first be sent to contact@hicelltek.com. The name, postal address and website of HiCellTek’s appointed consumer mediator must be inserted here before B2C checkout is activated.

10. Applicable law

French law applies without removing any mandatory consumer protection available in the buyer’s country of residence. The parties should first try to resolve a dispute in writing before using mediation or the competent courts.

Takwa Sebai is the author and publisher of the field toolkit. HiCellTek is the selling individual business.
